Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of joining, contact us at support@neuraskill.com for a full refund—no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Applies to initial purchases only.

  • Refund requests must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • After 30 days, payments are non-refundable and your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your customer portal or by emailing support@grantvanderhayden.com. Cancelling stops future billings; it does not automatically trigger a refund beyond the 30-day guarantee period.

Physical Products

If you purchased a physical accessory (e.g., the NeuraSkill Tripod Kit), it may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a full refund. You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
