30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of joining, contact us at support@neuraskill.com for a full refund—no questions asked.
Eligibility

Refund requests must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

After 30 days, payments are non-refundable and your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your customer portal or by emailing support@grantvanderhayden.com. Cancelling stops future billings; it does not automatically trigger a refund beyond the 30-day guarantee period.
Physical Products
If you purchased a physical accessory (e.g., the NeuraSkill Tripod Kit), it may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a full refund. You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
